Hormones.: The estrogen levels in your body rise once you stop birth control. Also some of the estrogen is converted to testosterone in the peripheral tissue. The testosterone is likely causing the increase in acne. The estrogen and breast feeding if any would delay your period. I would see your doctor and have some endocrine tests run to make sure your thyroid and pituitary horm
