I have sores on my right armpit and leg and on my left knee they are itchy at night and leak clear fluids. i don't know what they are or how to help.

Clear fluid is prob: nothing. cells contain fluid as does the space around the cells so this may be nothing. but sores concern me. I would see dermatologist to determine cause of sores, Apply topical antibiotic and cover with bandaid until you see someone. If lesions heal with topicals you may be scratching at night and opening your skin. Check any animals for fleas
