Most commonly: If you have spotting after sex it suggest that the act of sex is irritating a susceptible area. This is most commonly the cervix. So it would be prudent if you saw your gynecologist or primary care so that they can examine your vagina/cervix for any lesions that may be susceptible to bleeding when physically irritated during sex. Best of luck.

Many things...: Such as Inflammatory conditions of the cervix/uterus/vagina, infections, endometritis, fibroids, cervical dysplasia. Best to get your "post coital bleeding/spotting" evaluated by the GYN to assess your cause. Best wishes to you.
