What are the side effects of hydrocodone?

Several: Hydrocone produces tolerance (the need for greater doses to achieve the same effects). They decrease your pain tolerance (opioid induced hyperalgesia). They lead to constipation, and reduced testosterone levels. But addiction is a disease. Alcohol doesn't cause addiction. Cigarettes don't. Either. Most people who take narcotics do not become addicts.
