In general, scored..: ..tablets can always be split in half. Oxycodone 10 mg. does have scoring (line down middle of pill) so yes you can split it with a pill cutter. If the tablet is not scored then, although it can be cut with a pill cutter and many people may do this, the pill should NOT be cut. Check with your pharmacist or physician but in this case you should be able to split the pill.
