Ended up with a bad bruise from going "paintballing" it was 13 months ago and the bruise won't quite heal. tried asa, some vit k topicals. any advice?

See your doctor: Any bruise that does not heal is a concern, and could be an early sign of a more severe problem internally. Where did the bruising occur? Is there any limitation of activity or movement? Do you typically bruise easily ? I suggest you see your personal physician, have them investigate,perhaps see if you have a clotting problem, and see if other lab tests are in order. Have this checked out ASAP.
