Can having vericocelectomy through a inguinal approach cause a inguinal hernia? how long sshould i wait before lifting heavy weights.

No hernia: Varicocelectomy should not cause an inguinal hernia. I usually have my patients return to normal activity as tolerated by pain after hernia repair, but check with your surgeon to find out specifically for your case. Good luck, and I hope this helps!
