Stay the course: Try not to worry as worry only makes you feel worse. Lymphadenopathy can be caused by several issues including simple viruses to more serious underlying issues. Get eh lab work and continuing evaluations for the condition and soon you will know what the reason is for your nodes. Best wishes.
