Hepatitis: You need a full assessment of the degree to which your liver may have been compromised by Hep B, and this can only be done by doctors specializing in this area. If you have portal hypertension and spleen enlargement this can consume platelets, or there may be a problem with your bone marrow and platelet production. Go and see a doctor.
