SCM: Sounds like your sternocleidomastoid muscle is sore. https://www.google.com/search?q=sternocleidomastoid+stretches Here is a site that has the basic stretches for this muscle. A chiropractor or massage therapist would also be helpful.

Upper back -Shoulder blade pain, pinching and strain. Sore sides of the neck. Bending the neck down increases the pinching and pain in shoulder blades. So times this leads to headache on the back of the head.
