What is the difference between panic attack and vertigo?

Vertigo is dizziness: It can be the result of a middle ear infection or neurological condition. Panic attacks have a biological component but are primarily psychological. They can include vertigo but the cause of that vertigo would be different. Treatment for both is available. Peace and good health.
