I have vertigo with hypnic jerks and it's real scary it wakes me out of a dead sleep and it causes panic attacks. what can i have that's doing this?

Vertigo: The majority of vertigo symptoms are caused by inner ear - vestibular issues. Get an eval form a health care provider (ent dr. Would be best for this symptom) and get diagnosed to be safe, as there are many options and treatments that may help you. Best wishes.
