Maybe, maybe not: Glad to see you asking this question. Your best bet would be to establish a treatment relationship with a psychiatrist would could carefully (hopefully anyway) assess your history and presentation prior to diagnosis. Most importantly, observation over time adds to diagnostic accuracy for Bipolar disorder.
