Sinus drainage: Sinus drainage and pressure often go hand and hand. Your sinuses are normally air-filled cavities above and below your eyes on both sides. If these fill with fluid (sinus drainage), it can easily cause pressure. Best to treat the underlying cause which could include infection or allergies.
