Nothing: If you have serious sinus pressure for over a a month, it is your responsibility to see an ENT specialist as soon as possible. You need to know that the sinuses are adjacent to the eye and to the brain. You need medical attention right away. From home you should not be responsible to take care of a potentially serious problem.
