Anovulation: Your ovaries have stopped working. It is past time for you to go to your Gynecologist to figure out why. This answer is based upon the assumption that you are smart enough to have done one or more home pregnancy tests.

Possible pregnancy: Most likey cause is still pregnancy if you are sexually active. Many women won't have "symptoms" this early in pregnancy. I would check an at home pregnancy test

Pregnancy?: Do a pregnancy test. If it is positive you have your answer. If nor you may not have ovulated this month. If you miss your next period see your GYN.
