Oral type herpes: HSV 1 is a common infection and its usual manifestation is cold sore around the mouth. While it can be transmitted through sexual activity it is not generally considered to be an STD.

Prior Exposure: I'm assuming you mean IgG antibody. IgG indicates prior exposure HSV I. HSV 1 is the herpes virus that causes certain types of cold sores on the mouth. They can also occur in the genital region but this is less common. Knowing the IgM level would allow me to be more precises. Best wishes!
