Zero Risk: Nope. There is 100% no risk for HIV infection from touching fluids. Even fluids such as blood or semen. HIV is not caught in the skin. There are no blood cells or their receptors that HIV infects in the skin. You do not need a test. But, having had a test you now have absolute proof you are not HIV positive.
