How can dr have diagnosed me with stage 1 bladder cancer if deep muscle tissue wasn't obtained? t1 n0 m0 l0 v0 g low grade.

Bladder cancer: I do not have your pathology report available to review, thus it is hard to make any comment about this. You should , however, direct this question to your urologist. It is important to obtain the information in regard to the the depth of the tumor invasion; whether there is muscle involvement or not.

I had a invasive muscle bladder cancer and i did the surgery. they removed almost everything and aslo 7 lymph nodes , two of them were cancerous. the oncologist advice is to take immunotherapy treatment but it's not available here. is there a risk ?
