I had a invasive muscle bladder cancer and i did the surgery. they removed almost everything and aslo 7 lymph nodes , two of them were cancerous. the oncologist advice is to take immunotherapy treatment but it's not available here. is there a risk ?

Yes, There is definite risk of relapse(about 50%) in an average patient who has lymph node metastases from bladder cancer. There are 2 options of treatment. The older treatment using combination chemotherapy or use a more modern treatment with Immunotherapy. You should see a medical oncologist who has experience in treating advanced cancer of the urinary bladder.
