Need weight: I need to know the weight of your baby and not the age to calculate the correct dose of the medication. 250mg seems like a bit high of a dose for a 19month old toddler. Please resubmit question with a weight attached next time. Also, fever does not absolutely need to be "treated" - if child is happy and taking fluids well, just let fever be - it helps fight off infections.
