Jaw ache: You could, but ibuprofen would be better. Even better than that would be to figure out why your jaw aches in the first place. If it continues, please see your doctor. I wish you the very best!

Jaw pain relief: You can take an adult asprin (325 mg) four times a day for your jaw ache. You should see your doctor or your dentist if the pain does not resolve or gets worse in 2-3 days.

Yes, but...: 2 is adult dose. 1 200mg Ibuprofen/Advil/Motrin is more effective than 2 aspirin. If pain persists call your Dentist to evaluate you to determine cause of the soreness. If the cause is malocclusion, for example, you need Orthodontic Treatment to address the cause rather than analgesic to block the symptoms.
