Sleep well: Many times under eye circles are caused by exhaustion. Some other reasons include dry skin/excema/allergies. So the best solution is to sleep well (as well as you can), moisturize your skin (the skin under the eyes is very sensitive) and if you have allergies which cause you to rub the skin around your eyes heavily, a steroid ointment such as hydrocortisone may be helpful.
