Sleep well: Many times under eye circles are caused by exhaustion. Some other reasons include dry skin/excema/allergies. So the best solution is to sleep well (as well as you can), moisturize your skin (the skin under the eyes is very sensitive) and if you have allergies which cause you to rub the skin around your eyes heavily, a steroid ointment such as hydrocortisone may be helpful. Best of luck!

Precipitates: Eye drops that spill onto the adjacent eyelid skin can just be carefully removed with a water moistened washcloth or lint free tissue. This occurrence is essentially impossible to avoid because the volume of drop administered is much greater than what your eye is capable of absorbing. Your eyelid blink will wisk away the residual, which often spills over to the eyelid skin and drys (precipitates).
