Can ekg or ecg show chest inflammation ?

No: An ECG monitors the electrical impulses/conduction of the heart. It does not monitor or diagnose chest inflammation. There are many organs/tissues within the thoracic cavity, so I'm not sure what you mean by chest inflammation.
