Leave ur nose alone!: I doubt a single piece of adhesive tape could kill you unless it obstructs the airway completely, or somehow cuts off blood flow in way to cause necrosis and gangrene. If that process starts, you could develop a serious infection and die due to one many comic actions of septicemia. Any seemingly minor infection can become life threatening if left unattended
