Sounds like a virus: This sounds like a viral "stomach flu" or gastroenteritis. Typically this starts with nausea, abdominal pain, then vomiting. This is normally followed by diarrhea. Sometimes fevers, chills, and body aches are also present. It normally passes in 24-48 hours. If you are still feeling ill or are dehydrated, see your doc for evaluation.
