Arbs and ace-is: losartan is what is known as an ARB, a medication that works on the kidneys to help control blood pressure. are you checking your pressure to make sure that a low BP is not causing your tiredness? if BP is normal, then there are a host of other "ARBs" that could be prescribed. their cousins, ACE-Is (a lot of medicines that end in "pril", "lisinopril" is one example) work on same system.
