See doctor: It sounds like you may have a case of traveller's diarrhea. It usually arises from unsanitary handling of food, and lasts 3-7 days. Pepto-Bismol and oral rehydration are mainstays of initial home treatment, but a physician will also evaluate whether you would be a candidate for an anti-diarrheal like lomotil, (diphenoxylat and atropine) and whether you need antibiotics.
