Not by given info.: HIV can only be definitively diagnosed by immunospecific testing and serum assays. The symptoms you present could be present in many many different conditions. Do you have risk factors for contracting HIV?

What?: Wow. That is actually a first. I think there actually may be ten thousand other possibilities before HIV on any list of causes of abdominal or back pain. Your symptoms do not in any way represent HIV infection.
