Deep vein thrombosis: Is the problem I would be most concerned about and can be easily diagnosed now by an ultrasound of your leg! If left untreated could cause a life threatening problem called pulmonary embolus! Or in other terms, a blood clot could form in your leg which could break loose and travel up your veins into your lung, this could be life threatening! Seek medical attention immediately

Many vein problems easily fixed in Dr. office with local anesthesia minor procedure, very little risk, long term improvement. Hope this helps.
