Discuss with physici: Many people have anxiety about seeing a physician and or getting blood taken for tests! I have on occasion given my patients anti anxiety medications in order that they can have lab/blood tests performed! You may need to seek a physician who can help you relax and feel less anxious! Sometimes this can be so severe that psycological therapy is warranted!

May: Rehearse the visit before appointment. Try role playing as a nurse or doctor and concentrate on the reason for the visit and expectations. May write down your history. You can also get desensitization or counsling/ anxity medication
