Water and clothes: can make your weight fluctuate like that. If you are doing it without shoes, and clothes, drinking water, hormones around your period can influence it too. That is not shocking to be vacillating 1-3 pounds in weight. That is a normal finding. Vacillating 10-30 pounds would be of concern. This isn't the case.
