Kidney: Very likely a kidney infection or perhaps a kidney stone. These types of infections can be quite severe and should be evaluated and treated. With an infection you would feel very flu-like (fever, chills, nausea, vomitting). With a kidney stone there would normally be radiating pain from the back to the front.
