I have just had pineapple juice with my desert . after drinking it my tongue/ throat started to burn and sting a lot ,am i allergic ?

Probably not. : Pineapple juice is highly acidic and depending on what you had for dinner this could have caused irritation to your mouth. Give it another try on a different day without eating anything before if the same thing happens then you might be allergic.
