Bp is 120/80 while laying, then 146/89 when standing. bpm stays around 70-80. i get head rushs when standing, ears get muffled, sitting stops it.

?: I don't know what's causing your symptoms but it's not your blood pressure. You couldn't hope for a more normal physiologic response to standing up. The only other thing I can think of is fluid in your middle ear. (ie serous otitis media). Do you have fever? Have you been swimming? Do you have impaired hearing? An ENT exam would be helpful.
