Antifungal: This is a warm moist area that increases the risk for minor skin fungal overgrowth, that becomes itchy and is often associated with white patches. Try hairdryer to area after shower, then apply antifungal powder or lotion. Nystatin, lotrimine are antifungals, available at most pharmacies over the counter. Be well.
