Hormones: Hormones can influence the breast so this could be the cause remember people were pregnant can have breast Symptoms when their hormones change if this is a simple change associated with her cycle this should resolve. Otherwise she needs to see her physician and get this clarified . It may be a problem with the duct that go to the nipple in that breast
