Here are some ...: The pain as described seems not related with varicocele itself so varicocelectomy is not needed in your case. Varicocel-related ache/pain usually occurs in an obvious large Varicocele usually after standing for a long duration so it happens in the afternoon/evning and improves/disappears in supine, lying position through overnight sleep.
