My doc has told me to do a minor surgery on the small vericoceles , am worried about the surgery and its effects after. is the other options ?

Yes: The main other option is no treatment. Often varicoceles don't require any treament- the main reason is if they cause pain or if there are fertility issues, but treatment does not always improve fertility- but is worth a try.
