Keep trying: Failure to conceive over 3 months is not considered pathologic especially if you've been pregnant before. Keep trying by determining your ovulation time using ovulation test and having regular sex at least 3 times/week. If you fail to conceive in a year, then seek medical care.

Don't fret: You are well within a normal window for attempting to conceive. Encourage you to check an ovulation calendar so that you can time intercourse for when you are most fertile during your menstrual cycle.

Common: First of all I assume that you have normal periods. Having sex with anxiety & worrying if this will be the time I get pregnant, lowers your chances of conception. Have sex to enjoy being with your partner not just to get pregnant. After organism lie on your back for half hr to give the sperm time to do their job. Finally if still not pregnant after 4-5 months he needs a sperm count.

Conception: Create an accurate basal body temperature chart to figure out when you are ovulating. You will need a very accurate thermometer that reads in tenths of a degree F. Chart temp first thing in the AM before rising. Ovulation causes your temp to rise 0.4-1.0 degree F. you will be able to predict your most fertile time.
