The : The best time to conceive is when you are ovulating. Nowadays it's easy to find out if and when you are ovulating with "ovulation prediction" kits sold in pharmacies and some super markets. These kits measure the lh (luteinizing hormone) surge in your urine that precedes ovulation. That is, when the test strip has two lines you will be ovulating within 24 hours. This will identify the best days to have intercourse. If you are not ovulating, meaning, that the test strips never have two lines you will uncover a common cause of infertility and can seek treatment sooner. Good luck.

Conception Secrets: Sperm left in the vagina during the five days leading up to ovulation are the sperm most likely to cause pregnancy. Waiting until you have ovulated is too late.
