Hemihypertrophy: In syndromic hemihypertrphy, commonest is beckwith-wiedeman syndrom, associated with glucose metabolism issue, and renal tumors- wilms tumor. There are many other syndromes also possible. In non-syndromic hemihypertrophy, it may be associated with some vascular of lymphatic abnormality. There is possible spinal column- cord abnormality aswell. Treatment is symptomatic and surgical if there etiolog.
