A member asked:

Could i still gain muscle with hemihypertrophy?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes!: As long as the muscle structure is normal, and nerve impulses are intact, hypertrophied muscles should still respond to exercise in a similar way that normal muscles do. Since muscle symmetry is important to maintain good posture and musculoskeletal health, working the NON hypertrophied side more intensively should be considered.
