Yes and no: It depends on how much exercise you are doing, if you are doing low intensity 30 minutes sessions vs high intensity 2 hs sessions. One must allow his own body to rest and adjust to the amount of exercise you re doing. The more you train the more time you have to rest. 3 times a week would be a healthy choice so you don't end up with exhaustion or unhealthy weight loss.
