Many approaches: There are many options to treating tremors- both pharmacological as well as non-pharmacological. First, it is important to make the correct diagnosis of what sort of tremor you may have. Sometimes lifestyle changes help. Sometimes medication side effects are to blame and then, other times it is some form of organic disease. See your doctor for a workup or a referral to an indicated specialist
