Tremor when performing tasks but not usually at rest.sometimes not existent,sometimes mild,other times quite noticeable. i take lithium, could this be the cause?can anything be done about it?

Essential tremor: You have action or kinetic tremor which is a known side effect of Lithium. The other possibility is essential tremor.
