Essential tremor: You have action or kinetic tremor which is a known side effect of Lithium. The other possibility is essential tremor.

Lithium: Tremor is a side effect of Lithium. The severity of the tremor is dose dependent and may indicate early toxicity. See your prescribing physician to discuss the side effects of all your medications.
