I had two teeth pulled a week ago. is it normal for me to still be in pain ? it is still throbbing a little bit and it is very sore.

Its possible: The area can still be sore and still in the healing phase. THe throbbing can represent an infection developing so I would contact the DDS who removed the teeth in the first place just to check the area

Follow up with surg: You should be having a 2 week follow up with the surgeon. Have them evaluate the area

Pain: Pain is never normal. Pain after surgery is to be expected, but it's not normal. Being pain free is normal. Your pain should be subsiding a little every day. If not return to the Dentist or specialist Oral Surgeon who removed your teeth for a reevaluation. You may need additional care.
