Yes...it can..BUT...: The better question to ask is whether or not the body can repair the ulnar nerve better than another intervention such as physical therapy, medication, or surgery. The fact is, it really depends on what you mean by suggesting it is DAMAGED. Was it traumatized by a stretch or penetrating injury? Is it being compressed at the elbow or elsewhere? Are there metabolic problems affecting this nerve?
