Best to eat calcium: Eat foods that have calcium in them, rather than taking a supplement. 1200mg is an ideal amount of calcium each day. About 4 servings of dairy/soy a day would equal ~1200mg of calcium. Other calcium rich foods are broccoli, leafy greens, sesame seeds, and canned salmon. Vitamin D3 is very important to take, it is hard to get enough from the sun. Take 2000-5000 units a day, and get your level chk'd
