Will fluocinolone acetonide reduce bikini rash?

Bikini rash: Cover the area plagued by razor bumps with 1 percent hydrocortizone cream one to two times per day. This will help soothe the area and reduce the redness associated with razor bumps. Fluocinolone acetonide is too strong for the area.

Fluocinolone: Flucinolone is a medium potency steroid. As long as your rash is not contaminated with yeast or fungus or bacteria it should work. Do not use the fluocinolone more than twice a day and no more than two weeks in a row. Long term use can cause thinning of the skin as well as stretch marks.
